Shunglu board brings up ‘gross mishandle of energy’ by AAP government

NEW DELHI: The three-part Shunglu committee+ , framed by the then Lt Governor Najeeb Jung, has called attention to “gross manhandle of energy” by the Arvind Kejriwal government in its report.

The report watches that the beginning of the contention lay in an April 2015 request issued by Kejriwal to every one of the offices.
